c9ebc5174d fixed Reals.Mod, see comments there, git rid of libc dependency, becaus ecvt call caused crash when running ./showdef oocLowLReal.sym file. 
added oocLowReal.Mod and oocLowLReal.Mod

3071be3c36 ulmSYSTEM updated, implemented SYSTEM.UNIXCALL for one character read 
and write.
added ulmIO module which uses those calls.
