Massive improvements for upcoming updates 
- All JSON definitions have been updates to become lowercase
- _Scripts/convert_vipakfile.sh now understand BasicAuth
- Improvements to the overall code

76ba1bb6ac Fix json syntax errors. 
I was using the jq json query tool to pull values of the json files in
vipackTree but it told me that diaspora.json, strutils2.json, and
test_server.json had syntax errors.
